My son enjoys making Valentine’s Day cards to hand out to his friends. I rounded up a few of my favorite Valentine’s Day cards and crafts tutorials from around the web. They look cute and easy – two of my favorite words when it comes to doing crafts with my children.
I love these Valentines Folding Hearts at Martha Stewart. Kids will be so surprised when they open the Valentine envelope and realize it is the shape of a heart!
“Color My World” valentines would be a great way to recycle used crayons. Plus, it’s a non candy Valentine’s day gift. All you need is a heart shaped mold or cookie cutter. Directions are at Disney’s Spoonful.
And in the spirit of recycling, here’s another Valentine craft idea I saw at Parenting.com — Egg Carton flowers! Easy to make with Dum Dum lollipops.
These valentines look are an easy craft for kids of all ages. Use Rolos or Lifesaver candy, rolled up in paper. Be sure to add a fun message like “I like the way you roll!” The directions can be found at Spoonful.
