It’s Official ~ Florsheim Kids Shoes Has Launched! {Review}

I am very excited to share a big announcement with you today: Florsheim Kids is now live and open for business!  We have to keep quiet about this secret for awhile now – it’s a relief to finally be able to share it with you.  My son has been wearing his new Florsheim Kids shoes for the past few weeks (how lucky was he to get one of the first pairs!?!).

I chose to review the Valco Jr. in black because they looked like a stylish boys shoe that could be dressed up or down. They look great with my son’s suit for church and I think they could easily be worn with khakis or jeans for a more casual look. My 8-year-old son has sort of a wide foot that can sometimes be hard to fit into a shoe. The Florsheim Kids Valco Jr. shoe is comfortable on him and he has had no issues wearing the regular size 3.

I was really pleased when I opened up the box and saw the shoes. They are truly nice shoes handcrafted from quality materials.  I love the classic look of the Valco Jr. style and the detailing. They look just like a mini-version of Florsheim Mens style shoes, which is another reason my son and I liked them- they look like a “grown-up” shoe for the times he wants to dress like dad.  I have four boys and it’s important to me that they wear shoes that look good and last a long time.

You can sneak a peek at Florsheim Kids Autumn/Winter 2012 catalog (on Facebook) and Shop Florsheim Kids online. I think you’ll love the trendy looks you’ll find there – perfect shoes for every occasion, including school uniforms.

  1. Those are a great selection of shoes. I love the red and blue boots pictured in the photo. Now I’ve got an idea on a gift for my brother. Thanks! I had never heard of Florsheim before.

  1. […] My son thinks his Florsheim Kids dress shoes are comfortable and cool, and I like that I don’t have to nag him to put on his “nice shoes” when it’s time to wear something besides tennis shoes and sandals. You can read my recent review here. […]
