When I hear the word “snack,” I usually think of junk food type items. Things like cookies, chips and ice cream. I’m trying to change that by incorporating more healthy foods into my family’s snack routine. I want to enjoy snacking on REAL food that does not contain trans-fats, artificial colors or flavors, and added sugars. California Raisins are an all-natural, no sugar added snack food that I can feel good about feeding my family.
Raisins are a healthy snack choice that taste good and help to satisfy any sweet tooth cravings with a sweetness given to them from Mother Nature. My kids love raisins and I have found them to be an easy food to take with us on the go. They aren’t messy and they don’t need refrigeration, big bonus points in my book!
