Easy Banana Blender Muffins
These banana blender muffins taste so good, you won’t believe they are made without flour and oil. These make the perfect guilt-free breakfast or snack.

Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare muffin tin by lining with muffin cups and set aside.
Put old-fashioned oats into blender and pulse to grind them into a fine powder.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend completely.
Fill lined muffin cups 3/4 of the way full with blender mixture. Bake muffins in a 375 degree oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the center of the muffins are completely done. (Test with a toothpick.)
Allow muffins to cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes. Remove from tin and allow to finish cooling completely.
Banana blender muffins freeze well. Store leftover muffins in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
