This looks like a good recipe to try. I’ve wondered how emeals works. Do they just send you the meal plans and the recipes? Do the recipes typically have easy-to-find ingredients?

Hi Christy! Thanks for your question. eMeals.com will send an email once a week with a 7 day meal plan. The meal plan contains the recipes and the ingredients. It also has a Shopping List that goes with that week’s meal plan, so you know exactly what you will need to buy at the store for that week. The recipes have easy-to-find ingredients and you can even let eMeals know which store you are shopping at (example: Kroger, Walmart, Whole Foods) so that they can tailor your meal plan to go along with what is on sale that week at the grocery store. So you can save money on your groceries, too.
I hope that helps, let me know if you have more questions.
