Family-Friendly Civil War Movie: COPPERHEAD #copperhead

Did you know that this year marks the 150 year anniversary of the Civil War & The Battle of Gettysburg? I did not realize that! Even though I learned about the Civil War in school, I do not really know a lot about the stories of the families who lived during that time. There was a lot of hardship, and 150 years later their stories are especially pertinent to us. I am excited to learn that Copperhead is a family-friendly movie about the Civil War era…so many of today’s movies about war are too violent for children to watch.
