Instructions
  1. Peel, cut bananas in half crosswise and insert Popsicle sticks. Place on a parchment-lined tray, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for about 3 hours.
  2. Place Viki’s Banana Walnut Granola into a shallow dish. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds. Once chips are melted completely, dip each banana into the chocolate (use a spoon to help spread the chocolate.) Immediately roll the chocolate dipped banana in the granola. Place on a parchment-lined tray. Serve immediately or wrap individually in parchment paper or plastic wrap in the freezer.
