To prepare a cheese platter for a group, plan on two ounces of meat per person and 1.5 ounces of cheese per person. Amounts can be adjusted up or down as you see fit.

Instructions
Arrange meats, cheeses, olives, and dried fruit on a large serving platter. Slice bread and serve on the side.
