Baked Brown Sugar Glazed Alaska Sockeye Salmon
This easy baked salmon recipe is a keeper! Glazed with a deliciously sweet and spicy blend of brown sugar and dijon mustard, the baked salmon melts in your mouth! Serve it year round with your favorite seasonal vegetables.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or lightly greased aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon filet side up on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the salmon with sea salt and ground pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and dijon mustard. Generously coat the top of the salmon filet with an even layer or brown sugar/Dijon mustard mixture.
  4. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Check for doneness with a fork. *Cook times tend to vary with ovens.
  5. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat them in the microwave or use cold.
