Slow Cooker Chili Recipe is made with beef, beans and spices for a deliciously flavorful but not too spicy chili. Chili is easy to make and perfect for feeding a crowd (just double the recipe!) or make extra for freezer meals.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and saute 3 minutes until onion is clear. Pour sauteed onions and garlic into a 6 quart slow cooker.
Return skillet to medium-high heat. Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Pour browned beef into slow cooker.
Add To the Slow Cooker: Tomato Sauce, Beef Broth, Chili Powder, Curry Powder, Paprika, Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Coriander and Kidney Beans. Stir all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover with lid and cook on Low for 4-5 hours before serving.
