Strawberry Yonanas Pie With Chocolate Crust recipe is a simple and elegant dessert for any occasion. Follow the steps below and savor a slice!
We recently partnered with Yonanas and received a Yonanas Classic fruit soft serve machine. Have you ever heard of Yonanas before? It’s a small kitchen gadget that instantly converts frozen fruits into tasty 100% percent fruit soft serve with NO dairy, NO sugar and NO preservatives. Basically, it’s a healthy ice cream maker
Frozen fruit goes in the top, the Yonanas machine turns on and soft serve fruit comes out. It’s truly amazing to watch how our Yonanas machine turns all kinds of frozen fruits into the creamy texture of ice cream.
Another benefit is that we never have to throw out ripe bananas. Ripe bananas are PERFECT for making Yonanas. Simply peel the fruit and throw it in the freezer until you’re ready to make Yonanas. Any frozen fruit works.
You can use Yonanas to easily make simple desserts like cakes, pies, bon-bons and sorbets. I’ve even seen Yonanas breakfast recipes! Fruit is a healthy snack anytime of day. My kids think it is really fun to make Yonanas, too.
My family loves strawberry-banana flavors, so I decided to turn the Mixed Berry Yonanas Pie recipe into Strawberry Yonanas Pie. It was simple – all I had to do was substitute frozen strawberries for frozen mixed berries. I put the berries into the Yonanas maker along with frozen bananas to make Strawberry Yonanas.
