The end of summer and back-to-school season is always a busy time at our house. I want to make the most of what’s left of summer vacation, but I still need to keep the household running and get the kids geared up with school supplies. The last thing I want to do is spend hours shopping in stores. I love to save time by shopping online. Walmart.com makes it easy and convenient for me to buy the things I need and have them shipped to my front door. Shipping to home is FREE on orders $50+ or I can have my orders shipped to the nearest Walmart location for pickup with Site to Store.
I can shop Walmart.com anytime day or night and never have to wait in long check-out lines. When it comes to shopping, it doesn’t get much better than that!
Walmart.com offers me low prices and the same great product variety as my local store. I especially enjoy saving money on all my favorite P&G products. You can even download the Walmart smartphone app to create a shopping list, check product prices and availability, get easy access to weekly ads and more.
Shopping at Walmart.com is simple. Here’s how I do it.
- Visit Walmart.com
- Use the Search Box or Department Tabs to find the products you want and click “Add to Cart”
- When you are finished shopping, Go to Cart and select Proceed to Checkout.
- Create a (free) Walmart account if you don’t already have one. You can Check out as a Guest if you don’t want to create a Walmart account. I like to use my Walmart account because it saves me time by remembering my personal information.
- Choose your shipping option (Ship to home or Site to Store). Pay. Review and Submit Order.
Don’t like to use your credit card online? Walmart.com offers different payment options and even lets you Pay with Cash!
Shopping Tip: Two ways I make sure I never pay for shipping on my Walmart.com orders. If my order total is less than $50, I have it shipped free to my local store for pickup OR I add items to my order (to reach the $50 free shipping minimum) of the things my family will eventually need: toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries and nonperishable grocery items.
I love Walmart’s ship-to-home option. My orders show up on my front doorstep within days! That is usually faster than I can plan to make an in-store shopping trip. I save time and money when I shop online at Walmart.com.
My most recent order included P&G household essentials we always need: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. As you can see, I buy the big packs. It’s really convenient to have these kinds of large bulk items delivered right to my doorstep, which is another reason I like to shop online at Walmart.com.
