The Radio Flyer Ziggle ($49.99, RadioFlyer.com) has glided right into our house and found a place as one of the boys’ favorite ride-on toys. We love to try out the latest toys with wheels! The Ziggle Ride-On toy is completely powered by kids. Sit on it and get it going when you twist the front handles and wiggle your back end.
High quality caster wheels help the ride feel smooth on any surface. I noticed the really nice, padded hand grips right away. They are truly comfortable to hold on to.
What my big kids (ages 6 and 9) loved the most was the Ziggle’s ability to do a 360 degree spin out. They would jump on the Ziggle, get it going faster and faster and then turn sharp with the wheel to do a smooth turn around.
My 4-year-old is also a huge Ziggle fan. I like that the Ziggle is built very sturdy and the steel frame extends out to be supportive. I don’t worry about him tipping over easily. He can’t get it going quite as fast as his big brothers, but I’m okay with that and so is he. The big boys love showing off!
Radio Flyer’s Ziggle is recommended for kids 3 to 8 years old. A wonderful feature parents like me will appreciate is that the adjustable seat lets the Ziggle “grow” with your child. That means you can get several years of enjoyment out of this toy.
I have bought several different Radio Flyer products over the past decade and have loved every single one. They are quality toys that my kids play with and pass on down the line. And when we’re done, we pass them on to friends or family so they can enjoy them, too. Radio Flyer seems to last forever!
