Summer is here and I don’t want to spend all day indoors, cleaning and doing chores. But let’s face it: if I don’t take care of the tracked in dirt and grass and the crumbs and drinks that get spilled on the floor, no one else is going to do it for me. Cleaning my floors used to be a multi-step process involving the broom followed by a second go across the floor with a wet mop. but the HAAN Total HD60 Steam Sweeper lets me sweep, mop and sanitize at the same time. This cuts my cleaning time in half, which gives me more time to do things I would rather do, like play outside with my kids.

The HAAN Total HD60 Steam Sweeper features a motorized brush that picks up debris, putting it into the easy-empty dust bin. I love the extra long 25 foot power cord because I can clean large areas of my home without having to plug and unplug the machine to be able to reach. My home’s floors include tile, laminate and carpeted surfaces. I have enjoyed the convenience of being able to use one machine to effectively clean all of them.     Unless you are expecting a total miracle – what’s not to love about this product (and by the way your very well-written review was so thorough and concise – you really said it all (they should hire you!) – but of all the many good features (like killing germs/etc without chemicals, extra-long cord, flexible handle movement to get at hard to reach places (like under furniture) and maybe above (to quote you:) “My home’s floors include tile, laminate and carpeted surfaces. I have enjoyed the convenience of being able to use one machine to effectively clean all of them” (and “also love the fact that I don’t need to spend money on household floor cleaning chemicals – I use tap water to fill the water tank and clean with steam!” – Amen to that!)

    OK – so one still needs a vacuum cleaner to do a thorough job on carpeting – you can’t have everything in one device – and for the price – this one gives you a lot to like! Thanks!
