My kids love to eat the popsicles we make at home. This week, we tried a new and super easy recipe for Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles. There are endless flavor possibilities for this one when you use your favorite fruit combinations. We naturally sweeten ours just a little bit with honey. Our popsicles pictured here included a banana, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Next time I want to try it with just peaches. You really can’t go wrong with these!
Basic Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons honey
Directions:
Put all of the above ingredients in your food processor and puree. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Allow to freeze approximately 4-6 hours or until frozen and ready to eat.
Tip: If you don’t have popsicle molds, you could use small paper cups with popsicle sticks.
