The first thing I want to do in the morning is brush my teeth. I absolutely cannot stand morning breath in myself or my kids (especially the kids…kid morning breath can be deadly). My usual oral hygiene routine involves brushing and rinsing with mouthwash with the occasional flossing bit thrown in because I know its good for me. I’m trying to learn to love flossing so much that I will want to do it every single day.
