We spent an amazing October week at The Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages & Spa. This award-winning resort lives up to its reputation as the Caribbean’s Leading All Inclusive Family Resort. And the spectacular Grace Bay Beach could not be more deserving of its #2 spot on TripAdvisor’s Best Beaches in the World list. It’s a world class vacation destination, located about 550 miles southeast of Miami, Florida (right below the Bahamas.)

A beautiful place to relax at Beaches Resort.

White sandy beaches frame the clear ocean waters that are out-of-this-world shades of blues and greens. Everyone speaks English and the official currency is the US dollar, making this island getaway an easy place for US travelers to visit. You will need a passport to get here.
The Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages & Spa turned my husband and I into fans of the all inclusive beach vacation. From the moment we arrived at the resort, our needs were completely met from sun up to sundown. We could eat at any of the 20 gourmet restaurants, enjoy resort amenities including pools, beaches, the water park, night clubs, water sports… the list could literally go on and on. I told my husband we have to go back because we didn’t have time to eat everywhere I wanted to eat, and do all the activities I wanted to do!
We did not bring our children on this trip, but we saw so many awesome things for kids and teens to do at Beaches resort. The resort specializes in making sure your entire family has the vacation of a lifetime. We will have to bring the rest of our family the next time we visit Turks and Caicos. They would love living the Beaches vacation life!
I loved spending time in the warm waters at Turks and Caicos. My husband and I snorkeled quite a bit and even took a day trip out on the Kitty Katt catamaran cruise that picks you up right from the Beaches resort pier. The Kitty Katt took us to a fun snorkeling spot and for a quick stop at Iguana Island. Yes, there are lots of huge iguanas roaming around – you can’t miss them!
