Comfort Meets Style in Fitflop Shoes

October 22, 2013 by Nicole 24 Comments

Mom Always Finds Out received Fitflop products for my honest Fitflop shoes review. All opinions expressed are my own.

Are your shoes using the latest technology to give you the support you need? Mine are — now that I wear Fitflops. All Fitflop styles are ergonomically designed so they are extremely comfortable to wear. Another added benefit is that they actually tone your muscles as you walk!

Fitflop Shoes Review

To be honest, my biggest surprise about Fitflops was that a shoe with all these benefits could actually look stylish! I chose a pair of Fitflops that look ballet flats but feel SO MUCH BETTER than run-of-the-mill ballet flats. I can walk miles in my Fitflops without my feet starting to hurt. Other ballet flats I have worn in the past don’t offer anything in terms of support and shock absorption, especially when compared to the Women’s Due Leather Fitflops. I love the ones I got in the Punch Pink color and now want to get them in a neutral color like Mink.

due leather punch pink

What I love about these shoes (besides the all-day comfort) is they are so easy to slip on and go with just about every type of outfit I wear from my skinny jeans to skirts. Oh, and I get a couple extra inches taller when I wear these, thanks to the height-enhancing soles. Love that! The Due Leather style is also available in several other colors.

These shoes fit true to size, although they felt a bit wide to me at first. It took me a few days of wearing the Due Leather shoes to really break them in for my foot. They are very comfortable and supportive shoes. I don’t mind wearing these around all day long. I think if you have a wider foot, you can probably wear this style with no issues. A narrow foot may have a harder time finding a tight enough fit.

A couple of other Fitflop styles I currently have my eyes on include:

fitflops boot mukluk

Mukluk Moc 2

This boot looks so comfy – I can imagine wearing them every day all winter long!

fitflops knee boot

DueBoot Tall/Buckle

This knee boot needs to be a winter staple in my closet!

fitflops mary jane nubuck

Due Mary Jane Nubuck Bungee Cord

These look a lot like my Due ballet flats, except they are the Mary Jane style.

A flat that is a comfy as a sneaker? Love!

If you are in search of a more comfortable shoe, you need to shop the Fitflop collection. Today. Right now. Your feet will thank you! You’ll find styles for Women and Men.

I am loving those boots. My feet stay cold all winter and these look like they would keep my feet toasty and provide a small workout.

I have a pair of FitFlops clogs that I wear all winter long and a pair of FitFlops sandals that I wear every other season! They are one of the few shoes that my unhappy feet can tolerate!

I like all the ones you pointed out and I knew what you were talking about when you said they’re usually lacking in support. My feet hurt quite often in flats, so I’m glad these are comfortable.

Thank you, thank you – I LOVE FitFlop shoes and boots! The styles and designs are just what I’ve been looking for – and the COLORS (I’m especially crazy about the Pink Punch, Framboise, Pewter, Bungee Cord and Super Navy!)

The “technology” of their designs is very impressive and sounds almost theraputic. I’m on the short side – and like you appreciate shoes that add height without of being uncomfortable/wobbly and frankly vain and often silly looking!) Both the “height enhancing soles” and the “MICROWOBBLE BOARD sole both intrigue and appeal to me very much!

Both the Due and the Mary Janes really suit my style and I love the CRUSH BOOTS with the MicroWobble Board Wedge Heels! I thank you so much for the intro and the very honest and informative review – “warts and all.” I definitely want to look into FitFlop (the shoes are too expensive to purchase on a whim!) I’ll let you know how it works out.
