My son loves the All-Star Activity Book (A Sports Illustrated Kids Book) we were sent for review. He is 10 years old and a really sporty kid, so I knew this sports themed activity book would be right up his alley. He has spent a lot of time with this book and a pencil lately!

The softcover game book is packed with fun challenges like hidden pictures, dot-to-dot, trivia, word searches, mazes, crossword puzzles and funny fill-ins. There are plenty of activities to keep kids busy for a long time. My son sits down and does a page or two at a time. The All-Star Activity Book contains many hours’ worth of engaging content.

The All-Star Activity book is divided into 9 color-coded sections. In addition to activities, each section contains fun facts and full-color photos of amazing athletes from sports kids love: Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, Golf, Tennis, Olympics, and All-Stars.

It’s an activity book perfect for keeping young sports fans entertained at home and while they travel. The recommended age is 8 years and older; I agree. My 8-year-old needs help with some of the activities. The challenge level seems to be just right for my 10-year-old. However, the activities are not too simple for my 13-year-old to want to do. The book works well for a wide variety of ages and interests at my house.
