Choose Calm During Party Season with Aura Cacia #choosecalm

May 15, 2013 by Nicole

Mom Always Finds Out was invited to blog about the Aura Cacia Choose Calm event, and received Aura Cacia products for review purposes. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.

It’s party time! We all have celebrations to attend: weddings, Father’s Day, family reunions and the like. If you are the party planner, you are probably feeling the stress right now! But there is a 100% pure and natural way that you can relax and find relief from your party planning worries…

Aromatherapy. Aura Cacia, the leading supplier of aromatherapy products is inviting you to Choose Calm during party season. Aura Cacia’s Ylang Ylang essential oil is an exotic floral scent that soothes and calms. There are many ways to use Ylang Ylang essential oil to relax. Here are a few quick tips and tricks on how to choose calm with Aura Cacia Ylang Ylang:

  • Add 3 drops of ylang ylang to sweet almond oil to create a natural perfume.
  • Place 1-2 drops of ylang ylang on pillow at night for sweet dreaming.
  • Combine 2 drops ylang ylang and 4 drops bergamot per ounce of water for an uplifting mood mister.

And after your parties, be sure to enjoy this After-Party Bath Soak:

I received a wonderful collection of Aura Cacia products to help me Choose Calm, including:

  • Ylang Ylang III Essential Oil
  • Euphoric Ylang Ylang Massage Oil
  • Sensual Cinnamon & Ylang Ylang Foam Bath
  • Euphoric Ylang Ylang Mineral Bath
  • Aromatherapy Room Diffuser
  • Pillow Potion

Lately, my bedtime routine has included putting a couple of drop of Aura Cacia’s Ylang Ylang oil into a diffuser. It only takes a few minutes for the soft, sensual aroma to make its way into my room and help me relax. I have noticed I get a better night’s sleep when I Choose Calm with Ylang Ylang aromatherapy.

When blending with ylang ylang it is best to let the blend age for several days before evaluating the aroma.

One thing I learned about the company is that travel directly to the source of their products so we know that we’re getting what they say we’re getting. I’m really excited to try and win some of this stuff because I’m just now learning about essential oils and how beneficial they are.
