The following products were sent to me for my consideration. I was under no obligation to include them in a beauty product reviews post. All opinions expressed are 100% my own. This blog post may contain affiliate links.
I have a lot of beauty finds to share with you this week. And it’s quite the variety of products. From high end lipsticks to hydrating hand creams…I have been busy trying them all. Some brands are names I have known for years, like Neutrogena, while others are brand new to me (Mally and Vineyard Hills Naturals). I’m such a beauty product junkie, I love to try everything – which is one reason I love my monthly Glossybox subscription. Scroll on down for the Glossybox 3rd birthday box reveal and a promo code.
As we head into the colder part of the year, finding a moisture-rich lipstick can become really important. My lips tend to get really dry in the winter, so I tend to wear more lip glosses and liquid lipsticks. Mally High Shine Liquid Lipstick Trio ($35, mallybeauty.com) is a lot of fun because you get three different lip colors in one package. I really like the unique application. Give the tube a little twist to bring a bit of lipstick onto the built-in lip brush and it glides on easily. I have even been making my own unique color blends using the trio kit (Mauvelous, Mally Melon and Starburst).
Apothederm anti-aging Moisturizing Cleanser (6 oz. bottle, $28, apothederm.com) is a rich, creamy cleanser that I really like to use with my facial cleansing brush. The cleanser is part of a complete line of anti-aging products to moisturize skin and reduce signs of aging. Ever since I turned 30, I have been using anti-aging products on my skin. The Apothederm cleanser is very gentle on skin, but effectively gets rid of dirt, oil and makeup without making my skin feel tight and dry. Ingredients include: Vitamins A, C and E, Evening Primrose Oil, Carrot, Avocado Oil and Seabuckthorn. All Apothederm products are paraben, phthalate, and fragrance-free.
Vineyard Hill Naturals is a new, eco friendly body and home collection created in California’s wine country. These are organic products use pure ingredients that are at least 95% natural. I love that these are easy to find at local stores like Target, Walgreens and Whole Foods for prices in the $6.99-$14.99 range.
I tried the Lavender Rose Bar Soap, Lemon Verbena Hand Cream and Milk & Honey Body Wash. My favorite fragrance is the Lemon Verbena Hand Cream. Lemon Verbena is an uplifting scent combo, and I enjoy using the cream for dry hands. The body wash fragrance was not what I expected from Milk & Honey – I would have liked it to be a warmer, sweeter scent and to lather up a bit better. I currently use it as a hand soap by the sink. The Lavender Rose bar soap is nice and as expected.
If you are looking to relax, look for Neutrogena Rain Bath. As you can see from the photo, I have already been enjoying the Pear & Green Tea Bath & Shower Gel. This is a lovely fragrance and I like that the shower gel can double as a shaving gel. The Norwegian Formula Hand Cream is a must have for winter, especially if you live in a cold and dry climate (like I do!). Norwegian Formula Hand Cream goes on very thick and creates a barrier on top of your skin to lock moisture in and heal dry skin. If you experience dry, cracked hands, this product can help take care of them. The new Neutrogena Naturals face cleanser should be in stores soon.
This month’s GLOSSYBOX just showed up on my doorstep this week! I love this monthly beauty subscription box. There are always at least 5 luxury beauty products in the box. This month I even got 2 full-sized products (nail polish and highlighter). GLOSSYBOX has introduced me to so many amazing beauty products. And I love that the value of what’s inside the box is always more than what I actually paid for it. This month my box’s value is $62.50, but it only cost $21 shipped!
GLOSSYBOX promo code! Now through September 30, use promo code FLAWLESS to receive a free gift of Boscia BB Cream. $38 value! Sign up today and get a monthly subscription for just $21 a month.

I’ve heard of Glossybox subscription but haven’t tried it yet. I really want to, the products look awesome and it would be so much fun to get a surprise every month. I’d also love to try the milk and honey body wash. Just the name is appealing!
