Throw Your Hair a Life Preserver! Salt Water and Chlorine Call For Clarifying Shampoo

I love the long, hot days of summer! I have been logging in many hours at the pool with the kids. I’m finding out that all this summer fun in the sun is great for everyone, except my hair. Harmful rays from the sun, salt water and chlorine wreak havoc on tresses. Fortunately, Ouidad’s Water Works Clarifying Shampoo and Curl Recovery Ultra Nourishing Cleansing Oil can cleanse and protect my strands.

Anytime you swim, your hair is exposed to the harmful effects of salt and/or chlorine water. It is important to use a clarifying shampoo to remove the salt, chlorine and hard water residues that can cause hair to become dry and brittle. I use the Curl Recovery Ultra Nourishing Cleansing Oil on the days I don’t use the Water Works Clarifying Shampoo. This super nourishing formula is sulfate-free and paraben-free.
