The Spring and Summer 2015 collection at Florsheim Kids is full of vibrant colors and trendy boy shoe styles for casual everyday and dress wear. I am especially a fan of their boys dress shoes. They look like the mini version of mens dress shoes. My boys have been wearing Florsheim Kids for years, and we are always happy with the quality. My 11-year-old picked the Flites Wing Jr. in Gray ($70, Florsheim Kids). These shoes look really cool with any of his casual pants and dress pants. He likes them because they are comfortable and easy to slip on and off. The blue shoelaces add color but don’t need to be tied. I guess you could say the shoelaces are “just for show.” The blue soles add a lot of modern character to a classic Oxford style shoe. He wears these to church, but they would also be perfect for dress up occasions like weddings.

My 7-year-old picked a more casual shoe for spring/summer this year. The Flipside Slip Jr. in Blue ($45, Florsheim Kids) is a must-have for outdoor play. This canvas shoe comes in a variety of colors from neutrals to brights. He really likes the vibrant blue and it definitely fits his always-on-the-go personality. He’ll be able to slip these on for bike rides, trips to the pool and just about anything else he does this summer. The breathable terry cloth inner liner keeps feet comfortable. A rubber sole is durable and ready for action. I can see us getting at least one more pair of these in a different color.
