Some people get really excited talking about things like sheets and pillows. I am one of those people! My husband thinks I’m a little weird, but has started to realize he benefits from my good taste in bedding. We are sleeping better at night, thanks to pillows we got from Brentwood Home.
The Brentwood Home Sleep Wellness Bundle includes four pillows: (2) Helena Latex/Kapok Pillows and (2) 2 Carmel Latex Molded Pillow. The two types of pillows have a completely different feel to them, so more than likely, you are eventually going to pick one as your favorite type. Mine is the Helena. I love this pillow!
The Helena pillow has an organic cotton cover and is filled with all-natural latex ribbons and silky kapok. This pillow fluffs up really nicely. It arrives rolled up and flat, so give it a good fluffing and watch it poof right out.
I never sleep in just one position. I switch between my sides, stomach and back. The Helena is a great pillow for all my different sleep positions because of the way the latex ribbons and kapok cradle and support my head. I like that the Helena pillow has a zipper that opens to the filling so you can take out or add in more filling to make it your perfect pillow.
The Latex/Kapok filling is silky soft to the touch and feels light and fluffy. I had never slept on a pillow like this one, until now. I am truly happy with the Helena pillow, and can’t think of anything I dislike about it inside or out.
The Carmel Latex Molded Pillows also have an organic cotton cover with a zipper. The pillows are soft and supportive without being firm, dense or brick-like. Because it is molded latex, you will never need to fluff it.
I enjoy the springy feel of this molded latex pillow, but my personal sleep preference is for a taller pillow. My husband was happy to claim the Carmel latex pillows as his own. He is a stomach sleeper, so a thinner pillow like the Carmel works best for him.
In the past, I have purchased pillows that came with a strong chemical type smell. Not my Brentwood Home Sleep Wellness Bundle pillows! From the second I opened my pillows, I never experienced any sort of odors. I was really happy about that. I learned a ton. I learned that they have pillows for different type of sleepers. I would love the Helena as I sleep on my side, then back, then side, the other side, then back and I have to fluff my pillow everytime I move.
