September is National Preparedness Month, which has me thinking about things my family can do to be better prepared in case of an emergency. One of the first and most important things we can all do is to have a 72 Hour Kit.     I would love the AMK Mountain Medic II First-aid Kit. I think a very comprehensive first aid kit is key to survival. An simple injury can become quite a problem if not handled properly.
