‘Entenmann’s Big Book of Baking’ New Release Cookbook

October 6, 2011 by Nicole

Entenmann’s, one of the best known names in American baked goods, has recently released their first cookbook, Entenmann’s Big Book of Baking. It is a recipe collection that allows bakers of all skill levels to easily create delicious Entenmann’s classics from fresh ingredients. No time to bake? This book has you covered with an “Almost Homemade” section full of ways to turn Entenmann’s ready-made items into something new and, well, “almost homemade”.

More than 140 mouth-watering recipes are included in the book to ensure you have the perfect dish for any occasion. Recipes range from favorites like Cinnamon Crumb Cake, Chocolate Cake Donuts, and Banana Crunch Cake, to new ideas such as Blackberry and Apple Loaf Cake, Cranberry Sour Cream Brownies, and even healthy on-the-go snack choices such as Nutty Granola Bars.

BUY IT!

I am a sixteen year old girl who received this cookbook as a gift. I have made a couple recipes from it so far, and I love this cookbook. All of the recipes are super easy to follow and are simple enough for bakers of any level to understand. I highly recommend this cookbook. 🙂
