It’s the holiday season and our family is busy, busy, busy! Between school and work parties, family visits and fun weekend trips, we have been on the road a lot. I have peace of mind knowing my 3-year-old daughter travels safely and comfortably in the Graco Extend-To-Fit™ Car Seat.
As a parent, one of the most important decisions you will make for your child is their car seat. The first thing I look for in a car seat is its safety test ratings. Safety is my number one priority when it comes to my child. I’m sure you feel the same way about yours. I feel good about my choice to put my most precious cargo, Rosie, in the Graco Extend2Fit Car Seat. This seat is engineered and crash tested to meet or exceed US Standards.
We kicked off the Christmas season with a trip to see the big man himself. That’s right, Santa Claus. This year, there were no tears. Rosie was all smiles in her Santa photos! Yay!
Our family recently took a mini vacation to visit Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee. It takes a couple of hours for us to drive there from our home in Alabama. This was the first long road trip Rosie had taken in the Graco Extend2Fit car seat.
We found out that the Graco Extend2Fit car seat makes road trips more comfortable for Rosie. She can keep her snacks in one cup holder, and her drink in the other. She loves to read to herself in the car!
Once we got to Opryland, our family had a great time looking at amazing ice sculptures like one of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Rosie also slid down a huge ice slide all by herself. It was a fun holiday activity for our family. We just may have to make this trip an annual tradition!

Not trying to be rude, but you have THE BEST extended rear facing car seat on the market, yet you choose not to use it for its primary function. Why?

Hi Jane, The cool thing about the Extend2Fit Convertible Car Seat is that it can be used rear-facing and forward facing. To answer your question, the reason we use it forward facing is because Rosie is 4 years old, and prefers to ride forward facing. It doesn’t change the fact that this is a wonderful choice for a rear facing car seat. Thanks for your question! (I didn’t think it was rude.) 🙂

I need this carseat for my toddler! We have one in my husband’s car (another brand) and do not like it 🙁
