Trollbeads | Christmas Collection 2011 Revealed

November 11, 2011 by Nicole

My children are all about writing their Christmas Wish Lists every year.  If I were to make a Wish List of my own, Trollbeads would be at the very top!  A Trollbeads bracelet is a truly personalized gift idea for the special people in your life.  You can create and change your bracelet’s look by selecting your favorites from beautiful handmade Murano glass beads, silver beads, and gold beads.  I love the idea of building my own collection of Trollbeads, each one a unique piece of art that I can wear on my bracelet.

Trollbeads has just revealed their Christmas Collection 2011, which can be viewed by watching this YouTube clip.  The first bracelet you see features the “Blue Christmas” kit; the second shows the “Red Christmas” kit.  Both Limited Edition kits were created by premier jewelry designer Lise Aagard.  Ms. Aagard’s family began creating Trollbeads jewelry in 1976.  Since that time, Trollbeads have found their way from their original home in Denmark to more than 1500 retailers around the world.

What did you think about the Christmas Collection?  I am smitten by both of the bracelet kits – the colors are so vibrant and gorgeous. Can you imagine wearing something so pretty and sparkling to holiday gatherings this year?  (I certainly can!)  I love the Trollbeads kit options because each one brings together a combination of beads that complement each other to perfection.  There are different kit options for each of the seasonal collections.

What do you think about Trollbeads?  Do you have a favorite bead or collection?  Let me know in the comments.

Hey I just found your blog by way of your February post on Nancy’s Yogurt. 🙂 Troll beads are neat, though the glass ones are all manufactured in China. Yes they are designed in Denmark, but the quality is import quality, and nowhere near what you find domestically. Did you know that glass artists here in the US make silver cored beads for charm bracelets? I am aware of many because I love glass beads, and since you are into these I figured I would share a link with you. 🙂

    Keep up the great blog!
