As part of the Open Hearts influencer program, I was given a beautiful book of inspiring quotes and artwork by Jane Seymour. She even signed this copy for me – isn’t her penmanship amazing?

This book was inspired by Jane Seymour’s Open Hearts Waves jewelry collection and the actress’ artwork. Jane wrote this book to inspire those who, like herself, like all of us, are facing or have faced challenges or changes in their lives.

The Wave: Inspirations for Navigating Life’s Changes and Challenges is divided into sections: Sea Change, Family Waves, Relationship Waves, Friendship Waves, Faith Waves, Health Waves, Wealth Waves, Water = Life. It features Jane Seymour’s paintings alongside sea-themed inspirational quotations from Jane herself, famous writers such as Shakespeare and advice from everyday people who have faced and overcome hardships in life.
