Hi, is the new concealer the same as the old one? the original stayed glossy on the skin almost like a moisturizer. is this any drier? does it need more eye cream underneath or sth? any changes in how it feels or applies on the skin overall? thank you :)))

I don’t have any of the old (not waterproof) concealer to do a side by side comparison. But from what I remember, it seems like the new waterproof concealer goes on more smoothly and blends more easily. It was not dry at all. I use a moisturizer or a primer underneath. I didn’t notice it staying glossy – but I use a finishing powder on top for an all-over matte look. Overall, I really like how easy this product was to apply and give coverage to undereye circles without looking like I was highlighting them with my makeup. I’d definitely buy it again. Hi Tammy – I tried using the whole kit yesterday for the first time and loved it. The Bye Bye Under Eye is amazing! I haven’t heard a final price for the whole 5 piece set but rumors are it’s going to be around $59 as Today’s Special Value. -Nicole

These cosmetics called It-Cosmetics look like really nice products to try out. I like trying different makeup products and colors and I like that this comes in a kit. I will have to watch for it Cosmetics on June 23.
