juice cleanse recipes plan

Summer is here and it’s the perfect time to rev up your body with a juice cleanse. This simple 3-day juice cleanse was created by Leanne Vogel, holistic nutritionist. A juice cleanse can help you eliminate harmful toxins, restore your internal system, and reset your body. You can make these budget-friendly juice recipes in the convenience of your own kitchen using a juicer.

If you do not have a juicer, just add everything to your blender with 1/2 cup water and blend until you can’t blend anymore. Choose to either strain out the pulp by passing through cheesecloth, nylon or nut milk bag. Or, keep the pulp for added nutrition benefits.

I’ve never tried a juice cleanse, but it sounds like a good idea. I bet the Tropical Beets Juice is pretty tasty. Thanks for the instructions!

This combo sound like it would be very good, although I might use a little less ginger.

I love fruit and produce is certainly healthy, but I think I would starve lol. We do need some good fruit/veggie blends though, so I’m going to bookmark the recipes

These sound like great recipes to try. I honestly don’t think I can go 3 days without eating which I’m guessing is the idea.

I’m thinking you’d need to stay home for this with a bathroom available at all times?

HAHA! Yes, I’d be sure to have one accessible just in case. I tried drinking 64 ounces of water per day…who has time for that many trips to the bathroom?!?
