My kids eat a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, so when I came across this recipe for PB&J Trail mix from Rachael Ray, I knew they would love it! Trail mixes also make excellent road trip snacks for kids. I plan to mix up a big batch of this and store in individual serving bags for quick back-to-school lunches. Bonus: I like to eat this sweet and salty mix, too!
Peanut Butter & Jelly Trail Mix
Ingredients:
- Peanut Butter Chips
- Dried Cranberries
- Cap’n Crunch Peanut Butter Crunch cereal
- Salted Peanuts
Mix it up and you’re ready for snack time!
Other add-in options:
Swap raisins for the dried cranberries
