12 Unique Pumpkin Pie Recipes To Try

November 21, 2014 by Nicole

When I was little, I loved spending Thanksgiving at my grandparent’s house because my granny would let me eat cold pumpkin pie for breakfast. My favorite pie is a classic pumpkin pie – but did you know there are so many delicious variations of pumpkin pie? I could eat a different kind of pumpkin pie every day of the holiday season. (Could – not Should!)

Thank you to Foodie for sponsoring this discussion on holiday pies. All opinions expressed are my own.

I live with a bunch of pumpkin pie haters (what’s wrong with these people?!!?) but that doesn’t stop me from baking my favorite pumpkin desserts or trying to find a pumpkin pie recipe that will change their pumpkin-pie hating ways. I am pretty sure there are several pies in my Holiday Pies: Pumpkin Foodie collection that will do the trick.

Holiday Pies Pumpkin Pie Recipes A few of these unique takes on pumpkin pie include an ICE CREAM PUMPKIN PIE (yum!), a Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Pie (people won’t even know it’s pumpkin underneath all that chocolate!), a No Bake PALEO Pumpkin Pie, a fluffy Pumpkin Cream Pie (for those who like a fluffier texture) and a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie (it’s so much like a cookie – anyone will love it).

Click on “Check out this Collection” and let me know what you think about these deliciously different pumpkin pie recipes.
