Mom Always Finds Out received Puracyn Wound and Skin Care product and compensation in exchange for this blog post. All opinions expressed are my own.
We’re no strangers to cuts and scrapes around here, especially in the summertime when my kids spend lots of time playing outside. Someone always manages to fall off their bike, slip on the sidewalk or bump into something that breaks the skin. I have learned to keep a First Aid kit handy and stocked with plenty of bandages.
Small cuts, scrapes and lacerations don’t usually need a trip to the Emergency Room. But they do need to be cleaned properly to prevent infection and promote proper healing. Puracyn Wound and Skin Care works great to clean the dirt, debris and bacteria from minor wounds. I love using Puracyn on my kids because its lightweight, non-stinging formula is free from alcohol, antibiotics and steroids. The spray-on application makes it easy to clean cuts and scrapes without running water. Just spray it on until the wound is clean and cover the area with a bandage.
Puracyn Wound and Skin Care spray has become a First Aid kit essential at my house and in the First Aid kit my family takes with us when we travel. The 4-ounce size plastic spray bottle is a convenient size for on-the-go.
My family enjoys the outdoors. We go to the beach, hike, bike and camp fairly often. We usually don’t have access to running water on our trips. I take Puracyn Wound and Skin Care with us in case I need to clean someone’s minor cuts or scrapes. It’s a fast and easy way to get the “ouchies” taken care of so we can get back to having fun!
Puracyn Wound and Skin Care makes a great addition to your family’s First Aid kit.

Yes, this one needs to wear a helmet at all times! 🙂

I like how it contains a non-stinging formula. I remember when my daughter was little, she used to hate when I would put alcohol on her scrapes and cuts!

I should totally get some of that to keep in my backpack. We are always on the go and this would be prefect.
