I am excited to announce that my blog will be participating in the upcoming Made With Love giveaway hop (hosted by The Reynolds Mom & Seventeen Sirens). This event will take place November 8-13. Many different blogs will be linked up to bring you easy access to giveaways that feature only handmade items.
Here’s where I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. I would love to find one or more sponsors for giveaway prizes. Do you or someone you know make a great item that you think would be perfect for this event? Giveaways are a wonderful way to spread the word about a product. (It’s FREE advertisement to thousands of blog readers!)
Just an example: A great place to find handmade items is on Etsy. I have worked with several Etsy shop owners to advertise their items through reviews and giveaways here on my blog. But, Etsy rules are strict about me contacting shop owners to ask about participating in giveaway events like this…so I really need Etsy shop owners to contact ME for more information.
Here are some basic rules about the Made With Love giveaway prizes:
Each prize must be a handmade item. Anything from baby blankets, jewelry, food, clothing, etc. as long as it is handmade. Prizes may include blog design, since that is technically handmade. Gift Certificates to handmade shops are also allowed. No discounts, please (example: $10 off $20 purchase).
I am open to all sorts of giveaway ideas for this event — so please let me know if you have a product you would like for me to feature. Sponsors will receive a Sponsor Spotlight/Product Review blog post prior to the Made With Love event, as well as have their website, Facebook, Twitter, etc. be part of the bonus entry requirements in the giveaway. This event will be a wonderful way to gain product exposure and direct traffic to your site and social media.
