My review: At first, I was a little skeptical about trying the new drink.  I love Silk soymilk, but wasn’t sure if the new fruit and protein was going to be a juice or milk. Would I like something that seemed so different? There was only one way to find out. I had to visit a couple of different grocery stores to find it. Most major retailers should have at least the quart size, but I was able to find the half gallon size at Walmart.

In my opinion, the Silk Fruit & Protein juice blends are actually a little bit of both a juice and a creamy milk.  It’s sweet but not too sweet, and the type of drink that I like best in the morning. Although it can be enjoyed anytime of day, I prefer my juicy drinks as a morning snack and energy boost.  I need to add more protein to my diet, and getting 5 grams per serving with Silk Fruit & Protein is a yummy way to do it.  My favorite flavor is the Strawberry Banana.
