Does eating Smart Fries really make you smarter? I don’t know. But I do know that eating SMART FRIES is definitely making a smarter snack choice. These 100% natural potato sticks are not fried or baked. They are air-popped, which is a healthy way to cook them. Plus, it means they are light and crunchy. Smart Fries contain only 2 grams of fat or less per serving.
They are full of natural flavors and contain no sugar, no cholesterol, no trans fat, no artificial colors or flavors, no preservatives and no MSG. There are nine different flavors to choose from. It took me a couple of weeks to try them all! My #1 favorite was Honey Mustard, with Honey BBQ and Classic Sea Salt taking the #2 and #3 spots. But I actually thought ALL of the gourmet flavors were really good. I could always find a flavor to fit my current craving.
The other totally delish flavors are:
- Vinegar Splash
- Jalapeno Trio
- Vintage Cheddar
- Garlic & Rosemary
- Cracked Pepper & Salt
- Cinnamon Swirl
I loved that I never, ever felt guilty for eating Smart Fries. Not even a little bit. They taste too good to be so low in fat! Seriously, I love them. These are one of my new favorite snacks.

I hate how you have to buy cases of this garbage and can’t buy 1 bag just to try for $1 or $2. That’s really scammy to me as if they don’t taste good enough to trust the consumer to buy more based on a sample rather than get suckered in buying a case.
If I can buy a bag of 5 screws from Amazon for 20 cents, what’s the excuse that you can’t buy a single bag of chips?

I don’t know why you have to buy a case on Amazon – it probably has to do with shipping costs, but perhaps you can find a grocery store that sells individual bags. Sorry, that does sound frustrating.

I found these at Big Lots for $2.30 for a 5 oz bag. The bbq is great! I was just looking around to see what the reviews said
