What the Fudge?! (Recipes)

December 12, 2011 by Nicole

The holidays are just about the only time of year I think about fudge. Fudge is perfect for holiday dessert tables and something that is a fairly easy gift to whip up for friends and neighbors. I used Pinterest to pin several different types of fudge recipes, a few of which I will be attempting to make this week!

I like fudge any time of year. I find a little square or two of fudge satisfies that sweet tooth, so I don’t end up chowing down a huge amount of something I shouldn’t. These are all really cool, I’m going to try them!!

I am drooling over the snickers fudge! This is how much I love fudge: my mom used to make fudge every year, but she was terrible at baking anything, let alone fudge (bless her soul!).. she wouldn’t pay enough attention to it, and it would over-cook, so after she let it set, it would get all grainy. You better believe we never threw a pan of it out, year after year, Mom, Sis and me would all still eat it 😀
