Kids fitness experts recommend at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. It’s wonderful if kids can participate in sports programs, dance or other activities that get them up and moving. Some kids may not be interested in those kinds of things. That’s okay, as long as they have other ways to get up and moving.

Find ways to be active indoors. Don’t let bad weather stop you from getting fit. Find ways to exercise at home or at the gym.
Cheer them on. Be your child’s biggest cheerleader. Encourage them as they develop good exercise habits. If kids enjoy an activity, they will want to do it again and again.

I’m pretty sure my kids have no idea that Goji Play is mom’s way of getting them off the couch! They simply see it as a lot of fun.
I’m especially glad to have Goji Play to use during the winter months.
During winter, we spend more time sitting around inside, doing sedentary things like watching TV. I don’t know how it is at your house, but my kids get stir crazy when they sit around. And when they get stir crazy, they start driving me crazy, too. The Goji Play is the perfect way to keep kids active, even when you’re stuck indoors. Kids get their pent-up energy out while they play on the elliptical and everyone feels a lot happier.

Goji Play is fun way for me to exercise on my own, too. I have an elliptical machine to use at home. I would love to take the Goji controllers to the gym and try playing on some of the other cardio machines like a bike, stair stepper or even the treadmill. I think we may take a family trip to the gym to do that. I’ll let you know how it goes!
