Giveaway Extended To 10/3 ‘Now Eat This! 100 Quick Calorie Cuts At Home/On The Go’ Cookbook #giveaway

September 19, 2011 by Nicole

Now Eat This!
It’s Back-To-School time and you know what that means, the kids will be out of the house and it’s your job to make sure they are eating right and so are you, while still juggling everything else! Between picking them up from school and taking them to their after school activities, when is there time to think about cooking dinner and eating healthy? Well, worry no more —  Chef Rocco DiSpirito has come up with a healthy eating guide to help cut at least 100 calories from any meal whether it be at home or on the go!

Now Eat This! 100 Quick Calorie Cuts At Home/On The Go will provide you with tips and tricks on how to reduce calories  when cooking for yourself and family at home or when enjoying a nice meal out! It provides new tips and showcases recipes from his previous books Now Eat This! and New York Times Best selling NOW EAT THIS! DIEToffering readers a revolutionary ways in cutting calories from any meal, with little effort, no deprivation, and while still eating 6 meals a day! As he promises in all his books, readers can eat more and weigh less-it’s never been so easy!

Now Eat This!

WIN!

Before you head to Amazon.com to pre-order your copy and learn how to cut the calories, here’s your chance to win a pristine signed copy direct from Rocco himself! Rocco has hooked me up with 2 signed copies of Now Eat This! 100 Quick Calorie Cuts At Home/On The Go to give away to my readers!!

How To Enter To Win:

Comment on this post and answer one of the following questions:

“How do you cut out the extra calories on a daily basis?” or “What dishes do you serve for dinner that you feel you should sacrifice for the health of your family?”

For example, my family will bring home a pizza when I am too lazy busy to cook dinner.  I am sure the greasy puddles of pepperoni and cheese are not good for us and it would be so much better for us to eat a homemade meal.

I cut calories really, by robbing peter to pay paul… i pay close attention to what “treats” i get by cutting mayo, butter, cheese, extra sugars, high carb… all balanced. I dont deprive mself, but i maintain a healthy weight by in theory, eating better than I would if i didnt order the burger without mayo and cheese pile on the veggies and choose a baked potato instead of fries. i have a few littlle tricks…

When 3 topping pizza is on half price, my family falls off the healthy food wagon. We shouldn’t, but we do on occasion. We do not get any of the high cal sides that they offer, and I pile on the salads and fresh veggies to even out the meal.
