I am really terrible when it comes to drinking enough water. I don’t think I have ever made it to the daily recommended intake of 64 ounces. On the other hand, my husband and kids are like camels when it comes to water. They are constantly refilling their water cups and bottles. I have to challenge myself to try to drink more water.

Better Digestion. We need plenty of water to help our body digest food. Better digestive health can even help you lose weight. I have also heard drinking ice cold water can even burn calories!

Energy.  If your body starts to dehydrate, you feel sluggish and tired. Fight dehydration fatigue by drinking water.

      Hi Amanda! Yes, the lid cover does stay open by itself. But even if that lid is open, liquid cannot come out until the button is pressed. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thank you — Nicole
