Ripley’s Believe It Or Not never ceases to amaze me with their annual book of wacky facts! But I guess Ripley’s would not be Ripley’s if they weren’t able to entertain the world with zany stories and incredibly true facts and figures. This year’s addition to the bestselling book collection is called Reality Shock!
This large (12.1 x 9.4 x 0.9 inches) hardcover collector’s book has an eye-catching shiny green cover. The amazing stories and weird facts within are backed up with crystal clear photography. Ripley’s Reality Shock! is a fun book for all ages and makes a great coffee table book. No one will be able to resist opening it up – and once they do, it’s hard to put down. This book entertains kids and adults alike with everything from the gross to the odd to the just plain weird – but all TRUE – features.
My kids loved last year’s Dare To Look! book and were ecstatic to see we got another Believe It Or Not! book this year. The books are a great family conversation starter for us. The boys love to scour the book for the weirdest things to read aloud. We enjoy taking books like this on road trips. It’s just plain fun and a great family gift idea.
