Cheesecake Fruit and Berry Dip Recipe

June 24, 2014 by Nicole

This is the fruit dip recipe I use as icing on my no bake Watermelon Cake. It is made with Cool Whip, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. If you like the taste of cheesecake, you’ll love this dip.

Another delicious fruit dip recipe to try is my family’s all-time favorite 2-ingredient fruit dip made with marshmallow fluff and cream cheese. I think it would work well on the watermelon cake, too, I just have not tried it yet.

Cheesecake Fruit and Berry Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub of Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip and mix well. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.

Serve with fresh fruit and berries.

*For a lighter version, you can substitute Light Cool Whip and Reduced Fat Cream Cheese. Click for a downloadable version of this Cheesecake Fruit and Berry Dip recipe.
