Another way my family likes to eat our Ritz Crackers is with cheese and fruit. It took me less than 5 minutes (I’m serious!) to whip up a festive holiday cheese plate using Ritz Crackers, cheese slices and fruit preserves.
You can keep it classic with apples and Cheddar, or try something different like Goat Cheese and Blueberries. It’s totally up to you.

Chocolate Dipped Ritz Crackers
Chocolate dipped Ritz crackers are quick and easy to make. Check out my four variations on these crowd pleasing crackers! Perfect for kids and adults alike. Add these to your holiday party snack and appetizer boards.
Ingredients
- Ritz Crackers
- Milk Chocolate Candy Melts
- Sprinkles
- Peanut Butter
- Marshmallow Creme
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt Milk Chocolate Candy Melts according to package directions. I suggest melting only 1-2 cups of candy melts at a time for best results.
3. Dip your Ritz Crackers according to any of the 4 Variation directions below.
For Plain Ritz Crackers Dipped in Chocolate: Use tongs to dip Ritz Cracker into the melted chocolate so that one half of the cracker is completely coated. Set the cracker on waxed paper and allow chocolate to set.
For Plain Ritz Crackers Dipped in Chocolate and Sprinkles: Use tongs to dip Ritz Cracker into the melted chocolate so that one half of the cracker is completely coated.
Set the cracker on waxed paper and top with sprinkles immediately. Allow chocolate to set (cool and re-harden.)
For Peanut Butter and Ritz Cracker Sandwiches Dipped in Chocolate: Spread about a teaspoon of Peanut Butter on a Ritz Cracker, then top with another Ritz Cracker to form a sandwich.
Use tongs to dip Ritz Cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate so that the sandwich is completely coated. Set the cracker sandwich on waxed paper and allow chocolate to set.
For Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Creme Ritz Cracker Sandwiches Dipped in Chocolate: Spread about a teaspoon of Peanut Butter and a teaspoon of Marshmallow Creme on a Ritz Cracker, then top with another Ritz Cracker to form a sandwich.
Use tongs to dip Ritz Cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate so that the sandwich is completely coated. Set the cracker sandwich on waxed paper and allow chocolate to set.
