5 Tips for How to Drink More Water Every Day

One of my healthy goals is to drink more water every day. It isn’t easy for me because I am just not a big fan of plain water. I tend to drink more water when it is flavored water. I can drink more of something when I enjoy its taste.

Do you drink a lot of water every day? Do you know how much water you drink per day? I am trying to up my daily water intake with these 5 tips for How to Drink More Water Every Day.

1. Keep a water bottle close by at all times.

Try to keep water bottles in your most frequent places. I keep one next to my bed, one in the fridge, and carry one in my purse and car.

2. Set a water goal every day.

Pick a reasonable amount of ounces to drink each day and see if you can reach your goal.

3. Track your water goal with an app!

You can find a lot of smartphone apps to help you keep track of how much water you drink throughout the day.

4. Add flavor to your water.

Flavored water can be easier for you to drink than regular water, especially if you are not a big fan of regular water. 5. Use a straw.

    I am really trying to drink more water each day. I always feel too dry so I know I need more. I would love to try Dasani too.

    I keep a water bottle next to me at all times and drink during the day! It is so important and I need to get the Dasani flavored water drops because sometimes I like to change it up and drink flavored water. I like that they are all natural.
