I’m guilty of using my phone to take pictures way too often. It may be convenient, but it isn’t always the best camera for the job. I made a deal with myself that I would learn to use a real camera so I could have high quality photos. The thing about real cameras is that they cost a lot of money. And then you start collecting expensive lenses to use with your camera – and you can’t just toss any of them around. I was looking for the perfect way to keep my camera safe but easily accessible. OMG…as in, Oh My Gorgeousness. Epiphanie camera bags are everything a mom photographer (even amateurs like me) could want. Between all the different styles and vibrant colors, picking my favorite was a nearly impossible decision. But I did it.

Epiphanie Camera Bag Review

You’d never know from the outside that this is a highly functional camera bag. It looks like a stylish handbag. Definitely not what I’d expect a camera bag to look like. Traditional camera bags can be bulky, squarish, and let’s face it, boring. An Epiphanie camera bag is anything but!

Open up the Lola Epiphanie camera bag and you’ll see this roomy bag can carry a full-size camera, 1-2 lenses, flash, battery pack, and there’s plenty of room to spare for extras like my wallet, lipstick and sunglasses. Two outer pockets make it easy to get to thing like my cell phone (I love not having to dig in my bag for my phone).

Moms will especially love the roominess of the bag. I would be able to toss in an extra diaper or two, and maybe even a small snack for the kids. It is totally possible to carry this around as a day bag, especially if you just can’t bear to leave your camera at home.

The interior liner is super soft, so I never worry about scratches on my precious camera and lenses. There are six removeable velcro panels that I use to customize the inside of the bag to fit my things. There is even extra padding to help cushion and protect equipment. The Lola is made from water-resistant, synthetic leather. The carry straps are the perfect length for me to hold the bag on my shoulder, and there is also a detachable shoulder strap if you prefer a different drop length.

My Epiphanie camera bag lets me carry my camera with me everywhere I want to go, without worry that it will get broken. Now I can give my camera phone a rest and use my real camera to capture our important moments. And look stylish and professional at the same time, thanks to my Lola.

    I love the Epiphanie bag, even from afar. I love the trend of photo bags looking more like regular hand bags, I just wonder why it took so long. Even though I gravitate toward neutral colors like black and brown, I’m really loving this teal color. Enjoy your bag.

    OMG is right! I would have never guessed that camera bags could be so stylish! I don’t have a fancy camera needing a bag but that makes me want one. (Rephrase… gives me another reason to want one… I already have one on my wish list!)
