I love fruit dip recipes. We tried this peanut butter yogurt apple dip a few months ago, and I have been making it just about every week since. It tastes too good to be “healthy,” but with just 3 ingredients like peanut butter, Greek yogurt and honey…it’s definitely a healthy snack choice! Everyone in my family eats a whole lot more apples these days. Honestly, I could just get a spoon and eat this dip all by itself. It’s that good.
My kids eat apples with peanut butter yogurt dip for after school snacks, and even like for me to send it with them for school lunch. I like that you can easily make this recipe to suit your own taste buds by adjusting the amount of peanut butter and honey. Feel free to use the recipe I have included here, and make it your own!
This dip isn’t just for apples – try it with other fruits like sliced bananas.
