Just for fun, I went to the Xperience Days site to shop for a gift for a couple of my family members who live in Boston.  I was curious about what sort of exciting experience I could send them on in their area of the country.  There are pages of great ideas, including whale watching tours, dinner cruises, cooking lessons, sailing lessons and tours, trains, helicopter rides, race car driving and more!   You can even take an Air Combat Fighter flight!

Although they would probably love the Martha’s Vineyard Tall Ship Sailing trip, I decided on the whitewater rafting experience for them because 1) I love whitewater rafting and 2) I don’t think they have ever been on a whitewater rafting trip, so they definitely need an Xperience Day like this.  I think that experience gifts are the kind of gifts that can create memories that will last a lifetime.
