I quite often find myself scooting right past the frozen food aisles at my grocery store, mainly because I don’t think there are many dinner options for my family in that section. We usually try to eat healthy meals that include our favorite vegetables and pasta. You know, foods that you pretty much have to make from scratch at home…or so I thought! I’ve never used anything like this but when they mentioned the Peanut Butter cream pie, that sure sounded good. I have purchased the Healthy Choice meals and Marie Callendar’s as well. I put them in daughters lunch occasionally

We have always purchased a lot of frozen vegetables, because they are just as healthy as fresh when no sauce is added. Frozen entrees have really come a long way in recent years too–lots of healthy, tasty option.
I like Healthy Choice and Amy’s for lunch options (to heat up at work).

I love the 140 calorie Smart Ones ice cream desserts. I have bit of a sweet tooth, these little bites satisfiy my cravings without having me worry about packing on the pounds.
