I vary the traditional spinach lasagna recipe, because I like to add marinara sauce. I enjoy doing this because I have found that, otherwise, spincah lasagna can occasionally come out a bit dry.

This looks so good. I will definitely try the spinach and artichoke hummus. I will have to see what I can use to replace the eggs and cheese for a vegan version of the spinach lasagne.

The spinach lasagna looks very healthy and delicious! I like that the recipe calls for no-boil lasagna, which I think makes the prep. time much more quicker! And all that mozzarella cheese! Yum! The mixed green salad looks very colorful; I like how you can add figs, berries and pecans and then mix in all that citrus-y dressing! I also love normal artichoke dip and hummus but I’m very intrigued at the idea of combining them! How clever, I would have never thought to do so. I’m going to have to try to make this dip soon!
